What Your Background Should Look Like Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in electroplating or surface finishing operations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field is a plus
