Your Role
Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing final test equipment within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving equipment performance, improving uptime and efficiency, and leading maintenance, cost, quality, and yield improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for maintaining a group of Final Test Equipment
- Drive & improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency
- Drive & implement maintenance cost, quality & yield improvement projects
- Preventive and predictive maintenance improvement program to maintain equipment stability
- Equipment spare part management
- Impart equipment knowledge and skill to shopfloor maintenance team
- Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment
- Expert in the following areas:
- Equipment/Handler Change kit conversion
- Handler critical parameter control (e.g., mechanical alignment, pressure, motor...
