We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team based in Exeter, Ipswich, or Salford. Remote working is available with occasional travel to the office.
Location: Exeter, Ipswich, or Salford – remote working available. Hours: 40 per week with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of drainage and water design packages across building, development, transportation, or flood management projects.
- Manage programme, budget, and risk commitments for work packages, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure integrated and efficient design delivery.
- Provide line management and mentoring to graduates or apprentices, supporting their technical development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team practices, standards, and delivery quality.
