Senior Engineer I Proposals
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Engaging with Sales Team - Collaborate closely with the Sales team. Understand specific pursuit opportunity insights, engage into customer interactions. Ensure alignment with Emerson strategic objectives (. execution strategy).
Proficient in interpreting customer specifications - Understand Customer specifications and challenges. Tailor proposals accordingly. Engage Solution Architect and Sales engineer to align Emerson proposed solution. Participate in pre- and post-sales customer clarification meetings.
Alignment with Operations / Execution - Work closely with Operations (Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and review proposal strategies together (lessons learned)
Creating Competitive Proposals - Optimize solutions while maintaining competitiveness. Proposals would be multi-million, varying complexity and possibility of multi-locat...
