SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Performs intensive and diversified technical work such as the design, manufacture and operation of structures, machines and systems while completing projects in broad areas of assignment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
Develops new products, removes barriers to achieving objectives, and provides managerial and technical support to assist others to achieve their assigned tasks.
Conducts complete and conceptually related studies to approach technical problems, whereas the problems are difficult to define, require unconventional or novel approaches and require sophisticated research techniques.
Contributes inventions, new designs or techniques which are of material significance in the solution of specific problems.
