Senior Engineer - Learning Management
Responsibilities
Managing Learning Management Systems like SuccessFactors LMS /Schoox and Benchmax.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering or B/Tech
5 + Years of Experience
Below is the list for must have:
1. Experience in HR systems /SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS Systems.
2. Level 2 support for LMS systems in SuccessFactors LMS or Schoox or other LMS systems.
3. Experience in handling stake holders and vendors.
4. Experience in addressing and resolving LMS issues and queries raised by users and other support teams.
5. Good understanding of application integration.
6. Experience in Service Now ticketing tool.
7. Experience in change management process.
Good to have below skills:
1. Experience in LMS configuration and good understanding of interfacing application including HR Systems.
