Senior Engineer - Mechanical Design

To complete engineering drawings and 3D mechanical designs in a timely manner according to customer requirements, while leading and guiding designers to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.

• Develop and prepare 3D mechanical designs and engineering drawings for projects using CAD and 3D design software, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, and company standards.
• Review and verify engineering drawings prepared by drafters to ensure accuracy, completeness, manufacturability, and adherence to design standards.
• Investigate and resolve mechanical design, assembly, and fabrication issues encountered during the manufacturing and product build process.
• Utilize design management systems and software to effectively manage design documentation, revisions, project data, and personal work assignments.
