Senior Engineer, Molding

The Senior Molding Engineer will be part of Comm Scope’s GLOBAL MOLDCELL TEAM, based in Juárez, Mexico.

Duties and Responsibilities Process: Develop manufacturing plans including capital requirements, component/tooling, assembly methods, test plans, and manufacturing requirements to introduce new or enhanced product designs. Develop cost‑effective methods to produce components required on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) projects. Implementation: Implement manufacturing plans, coordinate procurement, design, build, and debug of component tooling, assembly tooling/machinery, and manufacturing test equipment. Verify manufacturing processes, methods, tooling capabilities, and capacity. Implement manufacturing processes and/or part qualifications into manufacturing systems.
