Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job is responsible for delivering the organization's outcome as stated:
- To ensure acceptable quality, reliability, conformance, and performance consistently for all the New Products (NPI/HAMR) manufactured in Head operations that meet all the customer specifications and requirements
- To set up, maintain, and improve the in-process and outgoing quality of the Slider fabrication/ Head Process for Visual, Mechanical specification to meet the customer requirements
- Monitor and improve LAR / DPPM / Cpk for CTF parameters as identified in the control plan
- Monitor & review NPI build performance in each build phase
- Communicate and liaise with cross-functional teams for Quality improvement activities.
