Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect and analyse all field claims related to combustion engines from service systems: warranty, dealers databases,

Calculate failure rates, 

Identify trends, recurring issues, and abnormal failure rate

Build dashboards and reports summarizing claim evolution over time

Retrieve, structure, and preprocess ECU data sent from customer machines, connected fleets, or dedicated field-test programs.

Analyse logs to identify abnormal behaviours, early degradation indicators, limit exceedances, or rare operating conditions.

Compare machine usage profiles against expected duty cycles to detect misuse or unexpected operating patterns
