 Job Summary   We are looking for a Senior Engineer, Technical Learning & Competency to support the development of engineering competency frameworks, technical learning programmes, and workforce capability initiatives across the organisation. This role will work closely with Engineering, HR/L&D, and stakeholders to strengthen employee technical capabilities and support business growth.  
 Key Responsibilities   Competency Framework Management  
 Develop, maintain, and enhance engineering competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, and proficiency matrices across multiple engineering disciplines.  
 Define technical and behavioural competency indicators across proficiency levels.  
 Establish assessment rubrics, evidence requirements, and competency standards.
