Role Overview
- We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to define and lead our Quality Engineering strategy across the organisation. In this model, teams take full ownership of testing, automation, and reliability end-to-end.
- You will bring an automation-first mindset and clearly define how AI can be leveraged within the strategy, embedding quality throughout Foodhubs SDLC.
Important Note
- This is not an individual contributor QA role or a manual testing position.
- This is a leadership role requiring direct people management, along with strong influence and strategic thinking across teams.
- We are not looking for QA-only managers. Instead, were seeking an Engineering Manager with a strong systems mindset and hands-on engineering background—someone who can lead quality as an engineering function.
