 We are partnering with a UK leading retail and commercial real estate landlord on the recruitment of a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee a prestigious mixed use estate in Central London.
  The Role: 
 Technical services lead for all functions and services in the building.
 Full accountability for the technical side of service charge budgets, CAPEX and OPEX.
 This is a client AND customer facing role!
 Develop and implement environmental and energy conservation initiatives and champion these initiative throughout the estate.
 Oversee contractor management for ongoing developments and projects across the estate.
