The Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Operations Administrator to elevate our Atlassian ecosystem to institutional‑grade standards. In this role, you will be the architect of our System of Record, ensuring our Jira instance meets the rigorous security, audit, and governance requirements expected of a leading financial institution. You will transition our workflows from flexible startup processes to a robust, fully auditable framework, working closely with our security and IAM teams to maintain a hardened environment.
