Main Purpose of Job
Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of utility systems and facilities to provide uninterrupted utilities supply and engineering services in supporting the manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities- Perform routine operations (Boiler/chiller/air compressor/AHU/Water plant), routine planned maintenance and ad-hoc corrective maintenance on utility systems and facilities
- Coordinate and supervisor contractors / vendors in performing their duties in according to procedure
- Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and services activities in accordance to procedure.
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.
- Responsible for following safe working procedures and principles introduced at the workplace, not engaging in any unsafe act that may endanger yourself or others working around you, and using, in proper manner, any personal protective equipment, devices,...
