**Remote – Texas or nearby states**
Preference for Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio

ICF’s Texas environmental team (formerly Blanton & Associates) is seeking a motivated and growth-focused **Senior Environmental Project Manager** to lead sales and delivery of environmental services in Texas and across the U.S.
**Level:** Senior PM / Seller-Doer / Principal
**Focus:** Permitting & compliance for infrastructure (energy, water, transportation)
**Territory:** Texas primary + U.S. support
**Travel:** Typical range 10–20%
**Responsibilities:** Win work, lead projects, provide expertise, and mentor staff
