Key responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of Wafer process related systems such as PVD (Endura, Nexx), Etching system
- Perform set‑up and conversion to support production
- Ensure timely completion of several complex independent tasks or manage a complex project by providing technical direction to less experienced engineers
- Formulate concepts and gain support and commitment for ideas within team
- Communicate with others to solve difficult problems
- Lead and motivate a team of AEs and Technicians to perform daily tasks
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Material, Science or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar field
- Hands‑on experience in handling PVD, Etching system and others as required
- Wide application of most major concepts of specialization and ability to apply these concepts to a wide range of complex assignments
