Position Title: Senior Estimator
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM PH Time Zone (Mid-Shift)
Holidays: United Kingdom
Salary: Php 70,000.00 – 80,000.00 gross salary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. (RICS is a plus, but not essential).
- With 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of forms of contract in the Building and Civil Engineering industry.
- Experience in managing junior estimators
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional skills or experience in taking tender submissions from enquiry to final submission.
