Responsibilities
Confidently lead a team through the completion of a bid process for larger and complicated projects. (Scope definition, risk profiling, division of work among team members, facilitate and lead executive reviews meeting.) Review drawings and tender documents to understand scope of work and submission requirements. Assemble accurate, timely and well‑organized estimates, including hard‑bid, construction management and design‑build. Prepare reports and lead executive bid review meetings. Review schedule for accuracy and determine production rates. Contact subcontractors and vendors for specific divisions to obtain external pricing. Negotiate subcontractors and vendor pricing.
