Our client, a reputable ICI general contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for ground-up industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented estimator who understands full-cycle tendering, trade pricing, budgeting, and pre-construction strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tender submissions, budgets, and cost plans.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks.
- Work closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and trades.
