Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in Upland, CA or San Marcos CA, supporting complex water and wastewater treatment, heavy civil, industrial infrastructure, and electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for an experienced construction estimating professional who understands the full bid process, from reviewing plans and specifications to preparing accurate material, labor, subcontractor, and supplier cost estimates.

The Senior Estimator will work closely with Project Managers and estimating teams to develop competitive, complete, and well-supported bids.
