Location: Latin America (East Coast US working hours required)

Compensation: $2,500-$3,500/month, flexible for exceptional candidates

Taikun Digital is a 25-person performance marketing agency specializing in paid media and creative for ecommerce brands. We're growing fast — currently ~$3M annual revenue, on track to roughly double this year, with a team scaling toward 40+. Our talent bench is unusually senior for our size: industry-recognized practitioners in PPC, paid social, and creative working with clients ranging from venture-backed DTC brands to category leaders.

The founder runs a high-velocity operation across the business, client relationships, hiring , and strategic decisions. The pace is intense, the standards are high, and the work matters.
