Senior Expert M&A (m/f/d)

About the role

This position is part of the Group Corporate Development team at Medicover, responsible for M&A, investments, group strategy and investor relations across the Medicover Group.
As a Senior Analyst, you will support and actively contribute to acquisition, investment and selected strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on the German market, working closely with senior stakeholders across the Group and local management teams.

Key responsibilities

Monitoring the German healthcare and diagnostic services market to identify acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities

Supporting and coordinating M&A and investment projects across the full transaction lifecycle

Participating in financial, tax, legal and commercial due diligence processes

Preparing financial analyses, valuations, projections and financial models to support investment and strategic decisions
