We are partnering with a leading international facilities management organisation to appoint a Senior Facilities Manager Hard & Soft Services, for a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Co. Waterford. This is a high-profile, site-based leadership role within a live GMP-regulated environment, responsible for overseeing integrated facilities services across a major manufacturing operation supporting approximately on-site personnel.

The successful candidate will lead a significant soft services operation alongside technical services coordination, subcontractor management, and day-to-day client engagement, ensuring operational stability, compliance, and service excellence across the site.
