Job Responsibilities:
Directly interface with Customer Supplier Quality Engineers to collaborate on PI product quality topicsAssist PI Sales team in on customer quality mattersLead 8D investigations into quality issues affecting customers in regionObtain failure analysis data and results and prepare final customer facing 8D reports (English and or Mandarin)Support customer PPAP and documentation requestsFacilitate and manage problem resolution with support from Engineering teams in company headquartersVisit customers as necessary to resolve customer satisfaction issues arising from product quality issues.Direct experience in automotive skillsets /customer interface on resolution of integrated circuit quality problems.Direct Experience managing 8D investigations and creating 8D reportsManage customer quality issues in a manner that helps improve customer’s perception of c...
