Senior Finance Analyst - Property

This role is a 6 month FTC and involves providing financial analysis and insights to support property investment and management decisions. You will evaluate financial performance, model scenarios, and contribute to strategic planning - your analysis will underpin key business outcomes and optimise financial performance. Responsibilities will include month end reporting, assisting with property budgets, capex planning, business casing and FP&A support to key stakeholders across the property division.

• Partner with the Property team to deliver FP&A support across monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, and KPI analysis.
