They are looking for engineers who enjoy building end‑to‑end systems and can balance pragmatism with strong engineering discipline. They use modern tooling and AI‑assisted development, but candidates should have a strong track record of software engineering experience, and solid architectural judgment to focus on long‑term maintainability.
