Job Description
SENIOR FUND ACCOUNTANT
Location: Pasay
Work setup: Hybrid (2-4x a month)
Schedule: Night Shift (9PM-6AM)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review NAVs within deadlines
- Process bank feeds and journal entries for complex clients
- Review investment updates, SOI schedules, and accounting entries (including restructures, acquisitions, and disposals)
- Prepare and review financial statements, partner capital statements, and audit support in compliance with GAAP
- Analyze fund agreements for financial reporting and capital accounting impact
- Review capital/distribution requests, payments, and notices
- Review working papers and reporting templates
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve exceptions on time
- Mentor junior staff, train new hires, and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
