We are currently developing many new products and Retro Bowl College game ideas with great potential for success, and are looking for talented, enthusiastic teammates to conquer this goal together.
- Core gameplay design, meta-game and progression systems.
- Propose, develop and balance the economic system in the game.
- Design events, LiveOps, player retention and monetization systems.
- Work closely with Producer, Artist and Developer to turn ideas into finished products.
- Analyze player data to optimize experience and retention.
- Monitor market trends, research competitors and suggest improvements.
