Senior Global Sourcing Leader

Key responsibilities include Development, and qualifying of new suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, collaborating with international teams, product evaluation, packaging, logistics, and managing suppliers’ performance to ensure reliability. You will also develop sourcing and inventory strategies aligned with global supply chain objectives. Travel is required to support global operations and strength supplier relationship.

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical, or business field (Manufacturing focused preferred).
• 5-10 years of sourcing experience, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing or consumer products.
• 2-3 years specifically in mechanical parts sourcing (Stamping, Die Casting, Decorative finishing, etc.)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Professional certification such as CPM is a plus.
