Senior Growth Insights & Experimentation Lead

Senior Growth Insights Lead will drive measurable improvements in Maya’s acquisition levers by strengthening funnel analytics, experimentation operations, and measurement discipline across product-led growth (PLG) and alternate channels.

This role ensures performance issues are detected early, opportunities are impact‑sized and prioritized, experiments are run with clean measurement, and cross‑functional owners close the loop with clear decisions.

What you will do:

• Lead the weekly operating cadence for Onboarding, MGM, and Ecosystem—covering scorecards, diagnostic deep dives, decision logs, and action trackers (with owners and ETAs).
• Monitor step‑level funnel health on a daily and weekly basis, tracking conversion, failures, retries, and abandonment while maintaining a prioritized opportunities & issues backlog with clear impact sizing.
