The Senior HIM Technician is a mid-level position responsible for advanced health information management processes within the Albany Med Health System (AMHS). this role focuses on complex indexing, deficiency and quality analysis of incoming clinical documentation (medical records) for AMHS' inpatient and outpatient facilities/services.
