Senior HPC Consultant

This role is a Hybrid HPC Technical Consultant, expected to work 2 days per week from an HPE office while delivering end‑to‑end HPC solutions across the EMEA region, remotely or onsite.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical background and industry knowledge to deliver end‑to‑end HPC services, including hardware and software for massively parallel (MPP) super‑computer systems, clusters, and storage systems.
• Support the pre‑sales team in scoping and sizing HPC services.
• Plan and deploy HPC hardware and software solutions through to customer acceptance.
• Analyze, qualify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with autonomy and expertise.
• Collaborate with team members, internal organizations, customers, and third parties such as DDN, Red Hat, Altair, Nvidia.
• Manage the customer relationship, including verbal and written communication.
• Be available to travel to customer sites across EMEA.
