About The Role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will partner closely with leaders and managers across Southeast Asia to enable high‑performing teams and drive effective people outcomes. Supporting a regional client group across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and China, you will operate at pace across a broad range of topics—from core people processes and employee relations to organisational change and talent planning.
You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing credibility, sound judgement and a pragmatic approach to solving complex people challenges across diverse markets. This is a role for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing across levels and cultures, and translating business priorities into clear, actionable people plans.
