Senior HR Operations Leader – Telecom & Contracting

XAD Technologies is looking for an experienced HR Manager – Operations in Sharjah to lead HR functions for over 3000 employees. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR operations within the contracting and telecom sectors.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR processes, compliance with UAE labor laws, and development of HR policies. A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Fluent English is essential, and Arabic is a plus.
