Senior Hr Tech Analyst (Workday)

**The Job****What you will be doing**- Serve as the **technical lead for Workday Payroll**- Configure business processes, calculated fields, and reporting- Troubleshoot payroll issues and support integrations- Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards- Ensure data accuracy across payroll, absence, and time tracking- Support Workday releases, testing, and system enhancements- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and solutions- Validate payroll-related system outputs and resolve configuration and data issues.
- Partner directly with Payroll stakeholders to design scalable, sustainable solutions that ensure operational continuity.
