Overview We are currently requesting resumes for the position: Senior HRSD System Admin. Job ID: 24-040,  . Number of Vacancies: 1. Level: Band H (Senior). Duration: 12 months. Hours of work: 35. Location: 1600 Stellar Drive (100% remote). 
Responsibilities Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including: 
HR Case Management 
HR Knowledge Management 
Employee Service Center (Portal) 
Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events) 
Employee Document Management 
Performance Analytics for HR 
Participate in requirements discussions 
Coordinate with HRIT System Administrator and Platform Administrator to assist with ServiceNow patches and when the patches are applied to instances 
Design, configure, and customize new HR applications and HR Service processes 
Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows
