Senior Human Resource Manager - Philippines

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Manager - People (HRBP) to support our rapidly growing Logistics business in the Philippines. This is a senior leadership role within the country's People function, acting as the primary strategic partner to the Country Head of Logistics and the senior management team.

You will be responsible for translating business objectives into effective people strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with DP World’s global standards.
