Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team in Xinyi District, Taiwan. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation and deployment of enterprise solutions for our clients across the Taiwan market. You will be responsible for managing complex implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. 
You will be the operational point of contact for:
On the ground implementation for Taiwanese merchant onboarding, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery — helping to ensure a seamless go-live and high customer satisfaction.
This role is individual-contributor based, with no people management and no process optimisation ownership.
You will be working across teams and markets, applying operational excellence to drive value through project execution and merchant outcomes.
