Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume advanced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience optimizing production processes, improving plant efficiency, reducing manufacturing costs, and supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives.
The Industrial Engineer will work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence and improve throughput across production facilities.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace, or Advanced Manufacturing organizations
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
