Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer/Interior Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential and landed property projects from concept development through construction and project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and liaise with clients to understand project requirements, lifestyle needs, budget, and design objectives.
- Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentation proposals.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, 3D visualisations, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities where required.
