Key Responsibilities Design Leadership Lead interior design development from concept through completion Develop strong design concepts, space planning and material palettes Ensure design quality and consistency across all project stages Produce and oversee high-quality design presentations and documentation Project Delivery Manage projects through all phases including design, documentation and construction Prepare and review construction drawings and interior documentation Lead FF&E design, specification and scheduling Coordinate with consultants and contractors Monitor project timelines and deliverables Support site coordination and installation Client& Team Leadership Build and maintain strong client relationships Present design proposals clearly and confidently Lead project meetings and coordination sessions Mentor and guide junior designers within the studio Requirements Professional experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality projects Experience managing projects from co...
