Senior & Intermediate Quantity Surveyors with 4+ years experience working on buildings / commerical projects in Ireland and have strong knowledge of Irish regulations.

Managing the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports.

Managing the preparation and agreement of monthly project Payment Claims.

Managing the preparation of Internal and External Project Cashflow information.
