Senior IT Executive

Job Responsibilities Will be responsible for network related matters, being the point of contact when working with HQ, APAC and vendors. Will be responsible for the office IT infrastructure to which wherever located (rotating basis) While being the subject matter expert for network, this role is also expected to support other domains of work (desktop, video conferencing, other office equipment), achieving a cross-domain support structure with other team members. Will be involved in work supporting 4 offices across Singapore and Brunei. Assist the Head of IT in managing and documenting IT processes. Assist the Head of IT in regularly reviewing IT process quality. Participate in discussions with various departments to meet their business requirements. Participate and assist in audit. Will be involved in work related to Compliance and Security. Able to commit time and achieve delivery for urgent tasks, events and projects. Able to lead small to medium scale events and projects.
