Senior IT Ops Engineer

Purpose of the role

You will play a key role in shaping and maturing the ITOps function at Zego, embedding service excellence, security, and operational efficiency as first‑class concerns.

• Key member of the ITOps team, owning the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across a fast‑growing, technology‑led organisation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Engineering, Security and the wider business, acting as a trusted point of contact for escalated IT issues and security best practices.
• Champion ITOps tooling and automation, driving continuous improvement through metrics, ticket data, and process retrospectives.
