Summary of Position
The Senior IT & OT Support Engineer ensures the support and availability of industrial and operational IT systems.
They work on production and control environments, ensure their stability, and contribute to the continuous improvement and security of OT and IT equipment.

The role is based in Saclay with regular travel to other sites in France and Europe.
Essential Functions

IT & OT Support: senior level
Provide operational support (remote and on-site) for IT/OT systems.

Diagnose and resolve complex incidents affecting production equipment, automation systems, business applications or local infrastructure, including system patch management.

Participate in on-call duties to ensure availability of critical systems.

Document actions, diagnostics, procedures and resolution methods.
