- Develop new client accounts and build long lasting relationships.
- Source contract talent and match them meticulously to client hiring requirements.
- Participate in all stages of 360 recruitment within the IT, Tech or Digital markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 18 months of 360 recruiting experience within IT, Tech or Digital markets.
- Experience recruiting in the French or Belgian market.
- Fluent French and business‑level English proficiency.
- Strong networking and client‑management skills.
