Context
A leading global beauty company is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect & Technical Program Lead for the project Field IQ. This role focuses on developing a next-generation global sales intelligence platform designed to unify data for the global field force through an AI-powered Companion (Cockpit). The position is based at 2 avenue de la liberté, Saint Ouen.

Missions

Serve as the primary technical authority and own the Target Architecture for the Field IQ platform (Cloud-based, API-first, AI-driven).

Ensure global scalability by validating the technical core built for the Iberia pilot for worldwide rollout.

Lead technical governance and act as the main contact for the Global Head of Engineering and IT leadership.
