Senior IT Support Officer

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Support Officer, supporting the delivery of Council’s IT services with a strong focus on ensuring systems and infrastructure operate reliably, efficiently, and securely.

This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, advice and problem-solving expertise to Council staff and management, enabling the effective delivery of services across all areas of the organisation.

You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day IT operations, supporting ICT projects, maintaining systems and infrastructure, and contributing to cyber security, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
