Senior IT Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity services, backups, and replication.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including security, compliance, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and endpoint management via Intune.
• Support hybrid infrastructure, including Entra ID and Intune integration, and enterprise backup/disaster recovery strategies.
• Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise firewalls (on‑premises and cloud‑based), including rule sets, NAT, VPNs, site‑to‑site connectivity, and security zones.
• Manage and monitor intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), ensuring timely detection, alerting, and mitigation of threats.
